Research Products

All products supplied by Alpha Peptides are sold strictly for laboratory research purposes only.

Due to the nature of research products and the importance of maintaining product integrity, quality assurance and traceability, specific return restrictions apply.

Returns

All sales are considered final once an order has been processed and dispatched.

For quality control and compliance reasons, we do not accept returns of research products, including unopened or unused items.

This policy helps ensure the integrity, storage history and traceability of all products supplied.

Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive an item that is:

• Damaged during transit

• Incorrectly supplied

• Missing from your order

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing:

Please include:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Photographs where applicable

Once reviewed, we will investigate the matter and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Refunds will only be considered where:

• A product was damaged during transit

• An incorrect product was supplied

• A confirmed fulfilment error occurred

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used when placing the order.

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before processing or dispatch.

Once an order has been processed, packed or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

If you need to amend or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it.

Refused or Undeliverable Deliveries

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information when placing an order.

Orders returned due to:

• Incorrect address information

• Refused delivery

• Failure to collect from a delivery point

may not be eligible for a full refund.

Any approved refund may be subject to deductions for shipping, return costs or administrative fees incurred.
