RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to purchases made from Alpha Peptides®, a trading name of Alpha Research Peptides Ltd.
We want orders to arrive correctly and in good condition. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate.
1. DAMAGED, FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please contact us if:
• Your product arrives damaged
• Your product is faulty or defective
• You receive an incorrect item
• An item is missing from your order
• A product is materially different from its description at the time of purchase
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery where possible. This helps us investigate delivery-related issues promptly but does not affect your statutory rights.
Please provide:
• Your full name
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photographs of the outer packaging, shipping label and affected product where relevant
Email:
info@alpha-peptides.co.uk
Where a product is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise does not conform to the contract, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.
2. CHANGE-OF-MIND CANCELLATIONS
If you are purchasing as a consumer online, you may have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
Certain products may be exempt from cancellation rights where an applicable statutory exception applies.
Where a product has been supplied sealed for health protection or hygiene purposes, cancellation rights may be lost if that seal is broken after delivery where the relevant statutory exemption applies.
Please contact us before returning any product.
3. RETURN CONDITION
Where a return is permitted, products should be returned in the condition in which they were received and, where applicable, with original packaging, seals and protective materials intact.
Products should not be opened, used, altered or damaged beyond what is reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
We reserve the right to make any deduction permitted by law where returned goods have been handled beyond what would reasonably be permitted in a retail environment.
4. PRODUCTS THAT MAY NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR CHANGE-OF-MIND RETURN
Subject to applicable law, we may be unable to accept change-of-mind returns for products that fall within a statutory exemption, including where applicable:
• Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed
• Goods made to a customer's specifications or clearly personalised
• Goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly
This does not affect your rights where goods are faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or not as described.
5. RETURN AUTHORISATION
Please contact us before sending a return.
Unauthorised returns may cause delays because we may be unable to identify the associated order.
Where a return is accepted, we will provide the appropriate return instructions.
6. RETURN COSTS
Where goods are faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise do not conform to the contract, we will meet reasonable return costs where required by law.
For an eligible change-of-mind cancellation, the customer may be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless otherwise stated or required by law.
7. REFUNDS
Where a refund is due, it will be issued using the appropriate payment method.
We aim to process approved refunds promptly and normally within 10 business days.
The time taken for funds to appear after processing may depend on the bank or payment provider involved.
Where statutory cancellation rights apply, refunds will be made within the timescales required by applicable law.
If you believe an approved refund has not been received, please contact:
info@alpha-peptides.co.uk
8. ORDER CANCELLATIONS BEFORE DISPATCH
If you wish to cancel an order before it has been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible.
Where cancellation is still possible, we will cancel the order and arrange any applicable refund.
Once an order has entered the dispatch process, we may be unable to prevent shipment and the normal returns procedure may apply.
9. SALE ITEMS
Statutory consumer rights apply to sale and discounted products in the same way as other purchases.
A reduced price does not remove your rights where a product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or not as described.
10. GIFT CARDS
Gift cards and other non-refundable items may be excluded from change-of-mind returns where permitted by applicable law.
This does not affect any statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded.
11. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Consumer rights may vary depending on the destination country.
Where mandatory consumer protection laws apply to an international order, nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or restrict rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. STATUTORY RIGHTS
Nothing in this Returns & Refunds Policy is intended to exclude, restrict or replace any statutory rights available under applicable consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 where applicable.
