Store and payment providers

Our store uses WordPress and WooCommerce. Order and account information is processed through the store and the hosting, maintenance and service providers we use to operate it. We remain responsible for our use of this information.

Stripe: card payments are processed through Stripe. Depending on the payment and integration, information processed may include your name, billing and contact details, payment credentials, transaction details and device or technical information used for authentication, security and fraud prevention. We receive payment status, transaction references and limited payment information needed for orders, refunds and disputes. Do not send full card details or security codes to us by email or contact form.

Fena: Pay by Bank payments are facilitated by Fena. You authorise the payment through your bank. Information processed may include payer and bank-account details, payment amount, reference and transaction status needed to initiate, confirm, reconcile or refund the payment. We do not receive your online-banking password, PIN or one-time authorisation codes.

We use payment information to perform our contract with you, meet accounting and legal obligations, prevent fraud and resolve payment issues. Payment providers may act as processors for some activities and independent controllers for their own regulatory, security and other purposes. Their notices explain their processing, recipients, retention and international transfers.

Cookies and analytics

Our cookie controls let you accept or reject optional analytics and marketing separately. The alpha_site_consent cookie stores your choice for up to 180 days. Essential basket, checkout, security and consent-preference storage remain available. You can reopen Cookie preferences in the footer at any time. Optional analytics can include Jetpack and WooCommerce visit attribution. Optional marketing includes affiliate referral tracking through SliceWP. The unconfigured Reddit and Snapchat advertising integrations are currently inactive. Withdrawing consent stops future optional loading and removes the first-party tracking cookies our controls recognise; third-party providers may retain data already lawfully collected under their own policies.

We use MailPoet for subscriptions and email communications. If we request feedback about an order, PeptideReview receives the customer and order information needed to send and manage the invitation. Review invitations are separate from a newsletter subscription. Contact us if you wish to object to future review invitations.
