Consequently, ask what a stated percentage measures. For example, “99% purity” alone does not tell you the net peptide quantity or establish sterility. Where a study requires a particular test, request the relevant result explicitly.
Then check the document itself: compound name, sample or batch reference, report date, issuing laboratory, methods and results. Ask how the tested sample relates to the stock being supplied. A report is useful only to the extent that its identity and scope answer your procurement questions.
