How Fena Pay by Bank works
Fena provides a guided bank-payment journey. Select Fena Pay by Bank, choose a supported bank, review the amount and authorise the payment through your banking app or online banking service. Then return to Alpha Peptides® to check the order confirmation.
You do not send us your banking password, PIN or one-time authorisation code. Payment approval takes place through your bank. A guided Pay by Bank payment also avoids manually copying our bank details and an order reference.
Requesting a payment link
If you need help paying, contact our team by email to request a payment link. Card payments, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna are currently unavailable at checkout. Check our payment guide for the latest information.
If a payment is interrupted
Check your order confirmation and payment status before retrying. If your bank or card provider shows a payment but you cannot find an order confirmation, contact our team with your order reference if available. Never send full card details or banking security codes.
