1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing this website, creating an account or placing an order with Alpha Research Peptides Ltd, trading as Alpha Peptides®, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Research use only

All products supplied by Alpha Peptides® are provided strictly for laboratory and scientific research purposes only.

Products are not intended for:

• Human consumption
• Veterinary use
• Diagnosis
• Treatment
• Disease prevention
• Administration to humans or animals

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products are purchased, handled and used in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where we reasonably believe a product is being purchased for a purpose inconsistent with these Terms & Conditions.

3. Product information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, images and supporting information are accurate and up to date.

Product information is provided for research and informational purposes only and may be updated or amended without notice.

Where Certificates of Analysis or other supporting documentation are available, these are provided as supplementary product information.

4. Orders

Submission of an order does not constitute acceptance of that order.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

• A product is unavailable
• Incorrect pricing or product information has been displayed
• Payment has not been successfully received
• We suspect fraudulent activity
• We reasonably believe the order may breach these Terms & Conditions or applicable regulations

Where payment has already been received for an order that we subsequently cancel, the appropriate refund will be issued.

5. Pricing & availability

Prices displayed on the website are shown in GBP unless otherwise stated.

Prices and product availability may change for future orders. The total, including applicable taxes and delivery charges, is displayed before you commit to pay. A price change does not retrospectively change an accepted order.

Product availability may change due to stock levels, supplier availability, regulatory considerations or internal business decisions.

6. Payments

Alpha Research Peptides Ltd, trading as Alpha Peptides®, is the seller and is responsible for your order. We accept card payments through Stripe and Pay by Bank through Fena using our own merchant accounts. The options available for your order are shown at checkout.

Card payments may require authentication by your card issuer. Pay by Bank requires you to authorise the payment through your bank. A payment attempt or bank authorisation screen does not by itself confirm that your order has been accepted.

We dispatch after successful payment confirmation and any necessary order checks. If payment appears to have left your account but your order is unconfirmed, contact us with your order reference before paying again. We will investigate duplicate or unmatched payments.

Payment providers and banks may decline or delay a transaction. If we cannot fulfil a paid order, we will notify you and return the amount due without undue delay. We do not deduct our payment-processing fees from refunds to which you are legally entitled.

7. Shipping & delivery

We aim to prepare and dispatch orders promptly. Dispatch and delivery times displayed on the website are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

Delivery may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, adverse weather, public holidays or service disruption.

8. Returns, cancellations & refunds

Returns, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Please refer to that policy for information concerning damaged items, incorrect orders, cancellations and refund eligibility.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects any statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

9. Customer accounts

Where customer accounts are available, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You agree to provide accurate and current information and to notify us if you become aware of unauthorised access to or use of your account.

10. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the content of this website, including text, graphics, photographs, product imagery, design elements and other original materials, is owned by or licensed to Alpha Research Peptides Ltd and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Alpha Peptides® is a registered trade mark in the United Kingdom (Trade Mark No. UK00004376896).

Nothing on this website grants permission to reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit our protected content or branding without prior written permission.

11. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

If you buy as a consumer, we remain responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breach of contract or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We do not exclude your statutory rights because a product is labelled for research use.

If you buy wholly or mainly for business purposes, we are not liable for indirect or consequential business losses to the extent permitted by law. This does not affect the liabilities expressly preserved above.

12. Website availability

We do not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted or free from errors.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the website where reasonably necessary.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our business, website, payment methods, policies or applicable requirements.

Changes apply to future orders. The terms in force when you place an order govern that order, except where a change is required by law or expressly agreed with you.

14. Governing law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Nothing in this clause affects any mandatory rights a consumer may have under applicable law.
