If information is missing or unclear, contact us with the product name and batch reference.
What is peptide reconstitution?
Reconstitution means preparing a dried product using an appropriate diluent. Follow the product information and your laboratory’s procedures. We do not provide administration or dosage guidance.

Testing &
documents
Is analytical documentation available?
Documentation is available for selected products and batches. Availability varies; a product association does not mean a report covers every current batch or format.
Search the document library →What should I check on a report?
Check the compound name, strength or specification, sample or batch reference, test date, laboratory, methods and reported results. Confirm that the document relates to the sample you are researching.
Can documentation change between batches?
Yes. Sample references, testing dates and results can differ. Review the report for the relevant batch where available.
What if I cannot find the document I need?
Email us with the product name, strength, batch reference if available, and your order number. We can check what documentation is available.
